Ingredients

  • 5 Tins of the beef broth/ consomme
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cholula hot sauce 1 tbsp ( I like it spicy)
  • Big splash of sherry
  • A drop of whiskey or vodka to taste

Method

Beef Bone Broth

  1. Add all the ingredient into a pan.
  2. Heat on a stove to remove alcohol (Leaving the Flavour)
  3. Pour into a flask to enjoy as belly warming treat for out in the field.
