Ingredients Puff Ball (mushroom, garlic and cheese)
- 4 oz Butter
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Puff Ball (mushroom)
Method Cheesy Garlic Puff Ball
- Thick slice of puff ball.
- Finely Chop Shallot
- Melt butter in a frying pan adding the shallots and grate in 2 cloves of garlic.
- Fry either side of the puff ball in the pan (absorbing butter and flavour), season both sides.
- Grate parmesan onto the puff ball, placing a lid (or plate) over the pan to create a oven affect for a couple of minutes.
- Slice puff ball into pizza wedges to serve.
